Limitless Park 2019 Plans (Subject to Change, Of Course)

As the off-season comes to a close, enthusiasts everywhere are either traveling to their first theme parks of the year or counting down the days til they can get back on a coaster. Here at Limitless Park, we mostly fall into that second category (with the exception being LP correspondent Andrew Brandenburg, who’s living it up in Florida), but we won’t have to wait too much longer. In order to prepare for what’s to come, here are our 2019 Plans.

Keep in mind, most of these plans are subject to change, even if they are confirmed to be happening. There are also plans on here that aren’t completely fleshed out, and are more of a “possibility” than an actual confirmed trip. In order to distinguish what’s confirmed from what’s still up in the air, we’ll be separating our plans into two categories: Confirmed and Possible. We’ll also be splitting things up into different months, as well as different writers on the site. With that out of the way, let’s kick things off with April.

APRIL 2019

  • POSSIBLE: Six Flags Magic Mountain – I’ll be heading out to California for Easter weekend. Depending on my schedule, I might be able to visit Magic Mountain for a few hours. Since I have limited time during the trip though, I’m still unsure if I’ll make it to the park. It sure would be nice though, because even though I’ve visited the park twice before, I’m still missing two credits (New Revolution and Apocalypse).
  • POSSIBLE: Disneyland/Disney’s California Adventure – If I don’t get to Magic Mountain, there’s still a possibility I could make it to the Disneyland Resort on the same trip. It would be nice to check out Pixar Pier and Incredicoaster.
  • POSSIBLE: Kentucky Kingdom – Honestly, this park is probably the most “up in the air” on this list. There’s a small chance that I’ll be able to visit this park sometime during the weekend of the 27th-28th. The reason it’s such a small chance though is the park is only open to the public on the 28th, which is a Sunday. This makes it more difficult to get there than if we could go on a Saturday, for personal reasons. Sadly, it probably won’t happen, but I’m not ruling it out yet.

  • COMPLETED: Six Flags New England – Logan ended up visiting Six Flags New England for the park’s opening day. Although it was crowded, Logan still managed to get a few rides in. His trip report should be coming soon.

MAY 2019

  • CONFIRMED: Six Flags Great America – It’s a no-brainer that I’ll be visiting my home park as soon as I get home from college in May. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to pay my first visit on Friday, May 10th, and follow that up with another visit later in the month once Maxx Force opens.
  • CONFIRMED: Walt Disney World – From May 14th to May 21st I’ll be back in the house of mouse! I’ll be staying at Saratoga Springs for the first time, and we already have our dining and fastpass reservations secured. I’ll be sure to reveal more details on the site as we get closer to the trip.

JUNE 2019

  • CONFIRMED: Six Flags Great America – I’m sure I’ll be at the home park again in June. The more rides on Maxx Force, the merrier!
  • POSSIBLE: ? – So, there’s a trip that we have in the works here, and it’ll probably feature a pretty big theme park. There’s too little planned right now though to actually say what’s going on.
