It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and that means it’s time for a Limitless Park Christmas Special! To celebrate the holiday season, we’ll be covering the Christmas additions to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This park was once known for the famous Osborne Family of lights which ended in 2015. For 2017, Disney has brought new holiday entertainment to the park. Let’s see how it compares…
On September 4th, 2017, my family and I drove 2 hours west of our home to pay a short visit to the Mt. Olympus Water and Theme Park in the Wisconsin Dells. Despite living relatively close, we had never actually been to this park before. In fact, this was only my second time visiting the Dells area in my life, which is pretty odd for a being a native Wisconsinite.
Continuing from where we left off, our next ride of the day would be the B&M Invert, Afterburn. While we walked towards the coaster, we passed the Planet Snoopy area, which had some very fun comic strip theming from the Peanuts comics.
On Monday, July 31st, my family and I visited Carowinds, a Cedar Fair theme park located on the border of North and South Carolina. We spent about 6 hours at the park, which was more than enough time to ride all of the coasters (minus the kiddie coasters). In fact, because the day seemed so much longer than usual and I took so many pictures, I figured this trip report should be split up into two parts. The link to part 2 will be at the bottom of this page, once it comes out. In the meantime, here’s part 1!
On Thursday, July 20th, my family and I made the 5 hour long drive to our cabins up north (“up north” is northern Wisconsin, for those who don’t know). Along the way, we stopped at the small lakeside amusement park in Green Bay known as Bay Beach, which is home to an awesome wooden coaster named Zippin Pippin.
