By the time this article releases, we’ll be one day away from the D23 Parks, Experiences and Products panel. That’s because we’re hastily throwing this article together on Saturday, September 10th!
Back in 2017, Six Flags announced that my home park, Six Flags Great America, would be receiving Mardi Gras Hangover, the world’s largest Larson super loop.
You can feel the breathe of your banshee beneath you, smell the beautiful landscape surrounding you, and hear a stampeding herd of animals below you. Avatar Flight of Passage isn’t just a theme park ride. It is a triumphant experience that reinvents the standards of what Disney attractions should be. As much as I love some of my favorite rides at WDW, I’ve been wowed by Flight of Passage, and I’m willing to put it at number one.
Yesterday, at the 2017 D23 Expo, Disney announced numerous new additions coming to their parks and resorts across the world. Here’s a comprehensive list of everything announced at yesterday’s panel.
Walt Disney World is home to 4 theme parks with an uncountable number of attractions (well you can count them, but I didn’t want to). In honor of D23, I figured that I would count down my top 10 attractions at Walt Disney World. Now I haven’t visited WDW since October 2015, so I haven’t gotten to ride Frozen, New Soarin’, or anything in Pandora, but I do still have my favorites! Here they are:
Walt Disney World: 4 Theme Parks, 2 Water Parks, a shopping district, golf courses, 25+ hotels, and much more….including countless places to eat. In my 9 trips to the house of mouse, I’d say I’ve only eaten at 1/10th of the restaurants they have to offer. Probably even less. That said, I still have my favorites.
