Nine Separate Areas

Disney’s Hollywood Studios has seen a number of changes in it’s layout and design throughout the years. As of now, the park is split up into nine different sections that vary in terms of size and attractions.

Hollywood Boulevard

This is the park’s main entrance and features a replica of the iconic Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. It sets the stage for the Golden Age of Hollywood and serves as the central hub for exploring the park.

Echo Lake

Echo Lake is reminiscent of a typical California lake and features attractions like the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular, Star Tours, and the 50’s Prime Time Café.

Grand Avenue

This area represents modern-day Los Angeles and is home to attractions like Muppet*Vision 3D and dining locations like the Baseline Tap House.

Toy Story Land

Inspired by the Toy Story movies, this area shrinks guests down to toy size and features attractions like Slinky Dog Dash, Toy Story Mania, and Woody’s Lunch Box.

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

This immersive land takes visitors to the planet Batuu, a remote outpost in the Star Wars universe. Key attractions include Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.

Animation Courtyard

Here, you’ll find attractions like the Voyage of the Little Mermaid and the Disney Junior Dance Party, celebrating Disney’s rich animation history.

Sunset Boulevard

This area captures the glitz and glamour of Hollywood’s Sunset Strip. It’s home to attractions like The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith.

Pixar Place

While it was once a dedicated area for Pixar characters and attractions, much of it was transformed into Toy Story Land. However, it still connects Toy Story Land to the rest of the park.

Commissary Lane

This area offers dining options like the ABC Commissary and features Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater, a unique dining experience where guests dine in vintage car-themed booths.

These areas collectively provide a diverse range of experiences, from thrilling rides to immersive storytelling, making Disney’s Hollywood Studios a dynamic and entertaining destination for guests of all ages.
