What’s on the menu for Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts?

Walt Disney World has officially released the menu for the 2021 Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, which will run from January 8 to February 22. The event will consist of over 15 “Food Studios” that will feature cuisine presented in an artistic fashion. Each dish will use unique ingredients and cooking techniques to be appealing to both the eye and the palate.

Here’s what’s on the menu for the 2021 Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts:

The Artist’s Table (The American Adventure)

Food:

  • Beef Wellington: Mushroom Duxelle, Prosciutto, and Puff Pastry with Red Wine Demi-Glace and Fennel Cream
  • Pan-Seared Scallop with Chorizo, Roasted Red Pepper Coulis, and Parmesan Crisp (Gluten/Wheat Friendly)
  • Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate-Chip Cookie
